Healthy Skeptic

When I was first considering doing Fledgeling Skeptic as a podcast I found Michael Reed’s song “Healthy Skeptic”. It always brings a smile to my face because I agree with almost every one of the statements in his song. Go take a look for your self and see if you don’t fall in love.

There’s also Bob Carroll’s “Tower of Woo” (turn up the volume for this one)

Those are a couple of the more obscure skeptical songs. Now if you want to talk about popular skeptical songs, we’ve got George Hrab singing his popular “Skeptic”.

At last year’s Amazing Meeting Keisha Gray stunned the crowd when she wrote and performed “Song for Skeptics” It’s an excellent song. Take a listen.

I want to stress again that you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to be a skeptic. These musicians make an impact on the world with their lyrics. They help people to understand skepticism, self-delusion and logical thinking. ANYONE can be a good skeptic.

Even you.
